Take a tour of REfUSE headquarters: hear about and see criminal amounts of food waste and all the crazy reasons it happens; hear the story of REfUSE, how our beautiful cafe was built and is run by philanthropy. Challenge our chefs to cook your supper from a selection of otherwise-wasted food, "Ready Steady Cook" style. Then enjoy their creations at a classic REfUSE restaurant evening: delicious food served on a "Pay As You Feel" basis. Bring your own drinks.
